Has anyone really heard about Touro for their dental school and has anyone on here applied and gone to an interview?

What's the deal with Touro dental school? Is it a gamble to go there because they could possibly not get accredited?

The ADEA website sent me an official email about the school today and applying for this cycle so I think it's legit, I am just trying to figure out how to send my DAT scores since it's not an option on ADA

I applied on Nov 23 (and app was sent 27th). So far I've gotten 1 interview at Midwestern-AZ, waiting to hear back from the rest. You could be fine, but our chances are greatly diminished by applying so late

Thats actually a good question, I selected all schools but that was back in june when Touro wasn't an option... hmm

I called them and they said its electronically on our dental applications, so they can see it. No hard copy has to be submitted.

where else did you get accepted to? And did you do anything that really struck out as a unique student? I see you got a sweet DAT (congrats) but the GPA section was kinda low. Im applying next cycle so just wondering what I gotta do to get in with kinda low stats

I'm assuming he finished post-bacc or SMP program to raise his GPA

edit: forgot to add this was a post-interview rejection. which is probably why it hurts more and that I'm an alumnus
