Seriously? Colombians make up such a tiny portion of the US population in the first place. I doubt they're coming out of adcom's ears.

If Mexicans are URM, Colombians are definitely URM.

Right, that's the definition I'm operating off of. If there's barely any Colombians in the US to begin with (at least compared to Mexicans), I'd assume the amount of applicants is just that much smaller -- unless Colombians have some special attraction to medicine that Mexicans don't.
