i'm very aware this is an over-reaction but...

how long after receiving the phone call that you were accepted into the program you applied to (you said yes, btw) did it take the school to send you the official acceptance email??

I've given them zero time and know I'm being crazy but I keep going to the worst case scenarios like the call was a mistake or they lost my email. idk! this is a very stressful process, don't they know people are going to over think absolutely everything! someone please make me feel better 🙁

i'm honestly glad to know I wasn't the only one freaking out this much! I received an acceptance email on a Tuesday, accepted an hour later, and didn't hear back for 2 days. I emailed again the day after and planned on calling if I hadn't heard back the next day (which I did). they didn't make a mistake don't worry!

I didn't receive a phone call when I was notified of my acceptance, but I did get an email, and the email said I would receive an official letter of acceptance soon after. It probably took three weeks for me to get the letter! I checked my mail constantly and definitely stressed myself out. Don't worry - your email of acceptance is coming! 🙂

It took about 2 weeks after I got my phone call acceptance to receive the official letter. Don't worry about it for now! Relax and celebrate while you wait, you're accepted!

this makes me feel better but 2 weeks... I might die.
