i am curious to know if the official DAT scores are ever different than the unofficial score report we receive right after the exam.

i am very curious about it, i have heard that they usually dont change, but what is that proximate probability ?

Hmm I always thought they were just unofficial as they had to verify to see if anything was wrong like cheating. If there wasn't what you get ultimately is your score.

it would be like your transcripts are technically unofficial if brought them in. but if the school send them its official. even though they are identical.

it would suck to be applying to schools thinking had a certain score but then it gets adjusted downward.

I think that they are pretty accurate. I mean if they went around changing them all the time i think it would wither make a lot of people upset or we would have heard that the scores are not accurate which i have not heard. But i have no proof either way haha

I think they're the same unless there is cheating or some other disqualifying event that takes place. I have never heard of anyone getting their unofficial scores only to find out they've been changed later on an 'official' report. The Air Force accepted the 'unofficial' scores as my true DAT result if that says anything...

if you are that curious why not pay $25 and get an official score sheet delivered to your house
