Just wondered if anybody else will be attending the post-bacc program this fall at LECOM. Thought I would start a thread for us. Anybody out there?

BTW, I emailed Melissa and she said we will be getting financial aid and housing info in a couple of weeks. Somebody asked about it on another thread.

Same here, she informed me the info would be mailed shortly. Have you applied to their school using the ACCOMAS yet?

Are we the only ones? Are you guys applying through the regular cycle to DO schools while you attend the post-bacc?

There have to be some more people as every year, they take in three or four dozen students.

Hello, My name is Derrick and I was a post bac last year and will be a MS1 this year (@ Lecom Erie). If you have any questions I would be happy to answer them. I can only tell you about my experiences from last year and the hear say of previous years.
I can tell you that if you work hard follow the rules and dont rock the boat too much you will get accepted somewhere. I would also reccomend studing from the notes first and using texts as back up. Make friend with Brian and Dr Nassiri quickly they are the ones that go to bat for you. Good luck to you all. I will see you in halls 🙂

I just got my housing information for LECOM (i'm a postbac). Included in the packet was a bunch of info about available places and a list with several other postbac students looking for roommates. I wanted to know if anyone out there is also looking for someone to share an apartment with. So, if you are a DO or postbac student and still need to find housing, send me an e-mail to find out if I would be a suitable apartmentmate.

I am also attending the Lecom postbacc in September and I have just received the list of names looking for room mates. I am trying to find anyone that is also looking to share expenses, a non smoker. My name is Cary and I am at the top of the list if you received one.
