You can believe me or not but I'm not lying. Have you blocked anyone else? And if so was it during the nights there were no kills? That info could be important.

Ideally would say by 11/midnight but I know it's already late or for some people overseas, but if everyone can get them in I will definitely close it out early!

I said I hadn't used my role for fear of doing more harm than good. Especially when Liss was asking for protection. Didn't really want to get in the way.

Sorry, I did miss that. Then why use it on me in the first place? For all you knew at the time I could have been the seer or protector.

Something you said day 1 put up a flag. Yeah, it wasn't the smartest move and I even mentioned that to Krist, but I'm kind of decided I don't always want to play it safe anymore.

Yeah I will be asleep for sure but since it is not a day lynch... it is not as bad for me...

Lynches are bad when they happen over night my time...

That is 5-6 AM my time

Okay, sure; I can understand thinking a post is suspicious (BTDT). But you haven't used your role for fear of doing more harm than good, but you've kind of decided that you don't always want to play it safe anymore? To be honest I'm just not sure I'm buying it. I really wish I had an investigatory role (or a wolf, for that matter). That way I'd actually know something about what's going on.

And please get your PMs in, people! I don't want to wait until tomorrow for results since I'll probably miss them (probable busy day).

My not playing it safe was using it the first night. When people who outed wolves were asking for protection, I held back so that I wouldn't mess up their protection. You don't have to buy it, just like I don't necessarily believe that nothing happened to you night one. In other games, even if nothing really came of it, I feel like I was usually notified if something happened. Maybe that's not the case this time.

If I make it through the night, I'm sure someone will push for me to be lynched tomorrow while I'm work and then you all will find out then that I've been telling the truth.

Why not continue to block me, then, if you think I'm so suspicious? In any event, I'd like to see you investigated tonight so we can get solid information.

Well, a few nights I didn't get on until close to end of the cycle and didn't really have a chance to read through to see if there were new developments clearing people, so I chose to now to act without having read through the thread. Do with it what you will. I've been honest about everything, so it's up to you guys to believe it or not.

And honestly, when have I ever made up a role like that to save myself? Never. To do so now is so out of character for me. And I am honestly not that quick and don't do so for fear of getting caught in a lie.

There's a first time for everything. Besides, you don't have to make anything up if you're a wolf with a role (or are borrowing a fellow wolf's role) -- just omit condemning facts, and insist it's a villager role. Minimal lying involved.

That was supposed to be "chose not to act." And here is another case of someone who will probably get lynched for a typo.

And sure, there is a first time for everything, but I'm honestly not that skilled of a player to pull off that kind of BS.

Tragedy struck the East neighborhood of Pleasantville when newly appointed Detective Lissarae's body (well, what was left of it) was found dumped on her front porch. It was clear that the detective had been badly tortured and skinned alive before she was killed.

Okay. Yes I have suspicions of cuit, so I will openly admit to using my role on her. Maybe I'm reading too much into it, but on both nights I seduced her, there were no additional injuries like there were on the other nights. I don't necessarily think she's killing, but I do wonder about her injuring players. As for the person silenced n1, that was me. I found a horse head in my bed after I worked the corner a little bit. I wasn't directly injured, so I don't really think the attack was done by the same person. Maybe it was and if so there goes my theory. Just a hunch, so I'm putting my vote out there now and going to bed. I kind of expect to be lynched today anyway, so just putting it all out there now.

Actually, we know from kakuru's lynching that mafia thugs can injure or shock players into silence; see below for the quote (from day 4). Why don't you consider your being shocked an "additional injury"? I would, since you were silenced -- so really the only time that you've blocked me and there have been no additional injuries was last night.

Also, I didn't get a PM saying I'd been seduced during night 1 -- but I did get one for last night (N5). In a nutshell it said that I was in the town bar, the town prostitute seduced me away, thankfully I don't have any other night activities to complete. Which I don't. Seriously; you can block me every night for the rest of the game and nothing will happen. Anyway, this suggests that (a) krist forgot to send me a PM during night 1, (b) krist decided to PM me based on our in-thread conversation earlier, or (c) you're lying about blocking my actions during night 1. I'd like to give you the benefit of the doubt and go with (a), but your defense just isn't sitting well with me...

Maybe you weren't an original wolf. If you were converted, it's entirely possible that you can choose to perform your original role (block a player) OR injure/silence a player each night. Perhaps the reason there wasn't a silencing last night was because you decided to block me instead and hope that I get lynched because of your info?

In the interest of full disclosure, I did submit a contingency vote for you because I didn't know if I'd make the deadline. May as well put it here since I'm awake anyway:

I'm going to feel bad if you're a villager but you're my best guess right now. Everyone else can vote how they like. If more definitive info comes up, and I'm around before the deadline, I'm willing to change my vote. But don't be surprised if I'm not around much tomorrow -- day's probably going to be super busy. Eh. Whatever. Your guys lost. Go ahead and lynch me. I guess I didn't count it since since it wasn't a physical injury and didn't really seem to match what has happened to everyone else so far. Not lying about night 1 and I would think if you not getting a pm night 1 was a mod error, it would be said so. They've cleared things up like that in the past.
 
But I will admit that I didn't read kakuru's death closely and didn't notice she was the one who silenced me. Doesn't mean there isn't more than one thug or someone who can silence. I mean liss became the new detective so why couldn't someone else get anew role.

I am still a bit suspicious of you Orca... but I am going to wait for the others to weigh in before making any vote since we have a little while.
 
First off sorry I was MIA all day yesterday, had a few chances to pop in and read from my phone, but didn't have time to post. Damn real life getting in the way!

I was hoping to be able to wait a little longer on this one since I'm not really confident with this orca thing, but I have to go to work and won't get a chance to check back before the deadline. I think there are a few things not adding up so in light of no other good hunches, Lynch Orca2011. Sorry if you're innocent orca (though at this moment I suspect not), if I could stick around I would!

The villagers all agree that orca2011 needed to be lynched for her "questionable morals" and wishy-washy defense. Orca is hanged from the rafters. You have lynched the town prostitute who was definitely good at heart and capable by stopping players' night actions with her, um, skills. 🙄
