For a more in-depth response, try searching as this has been a popular topic. But a synopsis of the consensus is:

UWise (if your school subscribes to it)
Case Files
Blueprints

I didn't use blueprints but have heard of others who have and liked it. Good luck!

I read blueprints, case files, and FA for obgyn and did questions from UWISE and pretest. overall, i think that case files was the most helpful even though it doesn't cover everything that is in blueprints. I didn't think the Uwise questions were that great but I think its the best question resource for ob. I didn't think the shelf was really difficult and time wasn't really an issue and managed to get an honors grade on the exam.
