So get this,
usmle world, last 8 or so in the high 50's
NBME 140!
What the heck? Bad day? nerves? I honestly looked at the questins and felt like usmle world was a piece of cake...🙁
Supposed to take the test next week
Anyone have any ideas/advice?

i thought the actual test was way harder than usmle world; there were a few gimmes but it was really easy to fall for some of their distractors and get confused and second guess yourself

just work on endurance and try to stay focused

Unfortunately, the truth is that a score of 140 does give rise to valid concerns. I took an NBME minis that predicted 156 and 158 and was convinved to postpone my CK exam (wise move).
My advice is: POSTPONE YOUR STEP 2 CK EXAM!!!!
A score of 140 bodes VERY poorly!
