Ohio State University(Columbus Campus) or Binghamton University or Montclaire

I am oos for all these unis(Intl student, though a US citizen)

I am getting columbus campus for OSU.
Binghamton and Osu, both are offering similar financial offers thats around 35k.

Montclair is offering enrollment at around 25k.


My major concerns as of now are:

1. Safety concerns in Ohio.
2. Opportunity concerns in Ohio.
3. Binghamton also doesn't have a lot of hospitals nearby.
4. Montclair doesn't have similar reputation as that of OSU or Binghamton.
