I am looking into dental schools that I will be applying to for this fall. I am very much interested in Ohio State Univ.'s dental program.

I have looked at their website however the website can't really give me first hand information.

So, for those of you who have interviewed here, gone to school here, or just have information about the school
.....

could you please give me information about this school. (i.e. how's the education? clinical exposure? reputation of program?, Columbus as a city to live in?)

Columbus is a great city to live in. You have to put up with some undergrads, but that isn't always a bad thing.

As for the College of Dentistry. The didactic componenent is top notch. They not only train you well for the Boards, but also prepare you well for clinic. You get a great experience with general dentistry, and all the specialties (esp. oral surg) except endo. Biggest negative about OSU is little endo training.

All in all, I highly recommend the program.

Good luck!
