Ohio State Vs Iowa

I know these threads are kinda lame and boring. I used to see them and think "Why can't people make there own decisions?" But alas, here I am again starting another one. What do you guys think about these two programs and how they compare. I want to know the good and bad. I especially want to know your opinion if you are students at one of these schools. Thanks everyone!!!!!!

This is a rediculous and not a well-thought out comment. Florida was invited by a fluke. Michigan in my mind would own Florida. And as much as I dislike Ohio State, they will flat out dominate the Gators.

Iowa was a huge dissapointment along with Purdue this year in football, so I'd pick Ohio State.

I'm a first year at ohio state. i love the school. i've heard good things about iowa too though. if you want any specifics, clarify and i'll get back to you as quick as possible. it might take a couple of days cause i'm driving to D.C. today to do a little touring. peace. (i'm sure i could tell you more, but i'm out the door) sorry.

Back to the real reason for this thread:

Iowa has a great program. They let their first year students do some clinical work. They have a great academic program and they are number 14 for research money received. If I were you I would choose Iowa!

Oh ya and you would hate to be part of a school that lost the national championships right!!! :-D

While I am still unsure as to what school to choose, I must say Ohio State will kill Florida, sorry 29DATyep-I know you are from Florida! I am a huge Urban Meyer fan and I think he is an excellent coach, but Troy Smith Vs. Chris Leak? C'mon! I hope it is close though. So 29DATyep, are you my potential classmate at Iowa then??????????

I'd say that Ohio is a larger community and is surrounded by larger communities than are available in Iowa. Iowa is pretty rural overall but it is a great school. If you plan to stay in the area around your dental school after you graduate you may want to figure out what your future life would be like in either place. Either way, go Big 10 and you won't go wrong.

Obviously you know very little about college football. The championship game SHOULD be Michigan and Ohio State. Florida was admitted on some fluke. So take that 😛
