Has anyone heard anything from OSU? I'm just wondering if I've been rejected from the applicant pool already.

I received an email today stating that they're still reviewing the applications for the first interview.
Here's the email:

Hello Applicants,
This is an email to update you on our file review process. We are currently reviewing files for our first round of interviews in January. We will continue to invite candidates to interview through May. I apologize in advance if you have a long wait for a decision. We would like to give all candidates a detailed review and it takes a considerable amount of time to do so.
As always, let me know if you have questions.

I got that letter today as well. I submitted back in August, and finished their supplemental shortly thereafter. I think if they don't send you a supplemental application, you are rejected?

It asked the generic questions...
Why Ohio State?
Why pharmacy?
What pharmacy experiences have you had?

I think that's all of them. I filled mine out in the beginning of Oct. The responses had to be 150 words max--something like that.

Thats about what I remember being on OSU's supplemental. It wans't bad at all. Just be patient people. Its still early in the application season.

I received my interview letter today! I am told to be on campus at OSU either Friday, January 12, or Saturday, January 13th. It's pretty exciting!

I know people are wondering so I'll go ahead and post my numbers:

PCAT: (87th first time, 91st second time)

GPA: ~3.7 overall, 3.8 math/science

Experience: Been a volunteer at two need based health clinics for the past 2 years, and I've also worked for my university as a TA in both general chemistry and organic chemistry labs.

I got an invite sometime last week, too, and scheduled mine for Saturday the 13th. I didn't even fill out the supplemental app... I guess I'll have to get that done before I go to the interview!
