ohio's app online?

Hello,

Anyone know if ohio's secondary app is online anywhere? Or can someone scan it quick and send it to me? pm me if you can and I will send you my e-mail address. It's the only secondary I don't have an electronic version of and I don't have a scanner.

Yes, it's online, but they won't send you the address until they want you to fill it out. You'll get an email that sys this:

"The Ohio University College of osteopathic Medicine is now sending
secondary application materials electronically. If you need a hard copy
of
the information, please contact the OU-COM Admissions office as soon as
possible. Please download the enclosed secondary application form, and
all
other material requested, and return to the OU-COM Admissions Office.
There
can be no further processing of your request until all materials are
received. All materials must be postmarked no later than March 15,
2006;
however, earlier submission will insure more timely consideration of
your
application.

The contract confirms your intent to practice medicine for five years
in the
state of Ohio upon the completion of your medical education. Once you
complete your internship or residency, which may be done anywhere in
the
United States, you must then return to Ohio to practice for five years.
Additional information about the out-of-state contract and options for
compliance can be found at..."

You'll get the info soon enough.

yeah. me too. Ive got the hard copy, but would rather "computer generate" what I send back to them.

I e-mailed the admission, but they haven't responded yet.

I emailed them about an e-version, here is the response;

Hi Dave,

Unfortunately at this time we are having problems with our electronic
version of the secondary application. Temporary we are sending all
secondary applications regular mail.
