OHSU interview day question

Hi all! For people interviewing at OHSU - the email I got says to feel free to wear business casual to the interview day. Just was curious if people do wear business casual or if people tended to just wear their typical interview suit anyway? I didn't want to be the only one who took them up on their business casual offer but also didn't want to be overdressed...

my opinion is that if they mention it in a communication, it's best to follow their culture. That being said, I was the only one in my group to dress in business casual but I didn't look as much a tool as the guy wearing what was essentially a tuxedo.
