OHSU vs Duke

Quick question... I'll be applying to a number of schools for an away position but am curious if given the choice to rotate at Casey or Duke what people might choose and why. I know both programs are great and very competitive. I'm wondering if anyone has a guess as to how important an away at one of these programs actually is to the program. For example I'm not sure if rotating at Duke is worth my time because they can ultimately choose the best students regardless of who rotates there or not (or maybe Duke is a school that largely pulls from students they've vetted through rotating through their program?)

Any thoughts are greatly appreciated. Thanks ahead of time.

A final bump before I put this q to rest as the over 200 views haven't elicited a response, lol. I recognize this post has inherent subjectivity. Simply curious if anyone has an opinion between rotating at Duke or OHSU if given the chance, which I'm hoping to have but don't expect. Thanks, friends.
