OIS: How and where do you apply?

Hello all,

I'm a newly commissioned Navy HPSP student, and I'll begin med school in August. I really wanted to get OIS out of the way this summer, but I don't know if you're allowed to do it before you start med school. Can anybody shed some light on this? Also, if I am able to do it this summer, do you apply for it, or are orders given to you telling you when to go? If you do have to apply, how do you do it and when is it too late?

Should not be too late. Contact Navy HPSP by e-mail at [email protected] and ask to be put in to one of the OIS classes.
