I ll tell you my problem and you guys tell me what I should do .

1. My bio 1 and 2 classes I took at rutgers-newark. I went to NJIT.
Ru-nwk and NJIT typically let students flop in and out of courses meaning .. they allowed to take course at our school and we allowed to take courses at their school. All the credits and everything transferred over and etc.

When I put the courses in for application entry , do I have to specify rutgers as a seperate school ?

You should specify the school where you took the course. Courses taken Rutgers or NJIT should be indicated as such.

okie , so that means I will need to send individual transcript releases both schools now ? Eventhough , the grade and everything appears officially on my NJIT transcript ?

If all your classes are on 1 school's transcripts, then I wouldn't worry about the other school. However, if the class appears on 1 school's transcripts and not the other, then of course, you have to list both schools.

As long as your transcript doesn't have the word "transfer" on it in relation to any credits, you should be fine. Otherwise, yes, you will need to send in two transcripts for both of the schools you attended.

hmm , i am going to check that out right now.

if classes from both schools are on ONE transcript, then you just have to send in one transcript. you still need to LIST BOTH schools on the application when you are filling out your AADSAS and indicate which classes were taken at each school. there's no way around this.

sweet , thank you for your assistance.

I have two more questions,

1-
these courses I took at this community college were like ..if you get min of c in the class .. the credit is transferred without the grade indicated on the transcript. Even on my school transcript I dont see anywhere where the grade is stated. Should I just put a "none" next to the grade of the course ? :scared:

2-
I had to retake a class b.c I got a horrible grade in it. I passed the class but I wasnt content with the grade. So I took it again and got a better grade. At my school , under xxx level ..if you retake the course and get a better grade .. the current grade would be replace by the new one. How do I state this on the ADEA application ?

1)i think this would be considered a pass/fail course. call aadsas or maybe someone else as a definitive answer.

2)enter both times you took the course onto your application and both grades.
