OK to leave some fields blank on AMCAS?

For certain things, is it OK to leave fields such as "location" blank?

Example: I listed several service jobs from undergrad under the same heading. I moved and transferred halfway through, so they were in different cities.

Also, for "hobbies," I've been a serious ballet dancer since I was little but have moved multiple times. Ditto for all hobbies. Listing where I live right now wouldn't really be true.

I would say just do the best you can. For activities where you spent the majority of the time doing it in one location, list that as the location and then explain further in the space provided. Or something like that.
