Stupid question (I'm getting paranoid now): Is it OK to mail the signature pages and checks before you submit the online part of the supplemental application? I'd like to get all of the checks, etc., mailed out tomorrow, but I still have work to do on the essays. This is my list of schools (this question is not relevant to all of them):
VA-MD
UIUC
Iowa
Michigan
Minnesota (no supp)
UC Davis (no online part anyway)
Cornell (supp not due this week)
UPenn (no online part)
CSU

P.S. I know I have a snowball's chance in heck of getting into some of these, but might as well try.

I have already mailed out some items and definitely have not hit the submit button yet on VMCAS so I hope it's ok, haha. I assume it is since the schools will be receiving your transcripts, VMCAS and official GRE scores at different times, so I believe they make student file and just add to it as items come it.

PS If you already haven't done it, the U Penn form must be RECEIVED by Oct 2nd, not just postmarked.

I mailed Iowa's check in late august and submitted the supplemental thursday. They cashed my check shortly after they received it.

Same here. I mailed mine in early September and they cashed the checks shortly thereafter. They probably made a file for me and will finalize it once VMCAS is received.

Thanks y'all! On my way to the post office in a few minutes . . .
