Old and new extracurricular activities

Hi everyone,

Here's my situation.
I had to withdraw from college two years ago because I was sick. I did some really impressive extracurricular activities at my old college and I will be going back there in 2017 to finish up my pharmacy school prerequisites. I have started on a new activity which is becoming a certified pharmacy technician and getting a job as one. I know I can use this as a extracurricular activity. I want to know can I use the activities that I did two and four years ago on a current pharmacy school application or when I go back to college should I pick up some new extracurricular activities?

I used all my extracurricular activities from high school until now and just left it up to the school to decide which ones were relevant.
