Since I graduated in 2013, I have not been involved in many formal EC's. I've just been doing full-time research and spending time with family and friends. I have only done some shadowing recently and am planning on continuing that until I apply this upcoming cycle. Will my lack of activities post-graduation be seen as a red flag? Will the stuff I did in undergrad be seen as too old? Also, I asked my professors to write my LOR before graduating, so will these LOR be too old? My only recent LOR will be from the PI I am working for now.

Thanks in advance for your insights SDN!
