old graduate and chances of get matched

I am old IMG +10 years, ECFMG certified, US citizen. I applied to many programs that their requiremnts match my credentials, but I didnot get any IVs yet. What is my chances to get residency program? Does my chance improve if I take step 3 plus some USCE ?
Are there other countries where I can apply for residency and it is not hard as in USA?
Any input and advice is appreciated

Maybe you could work as a midlevel in your desired field to establish yourself at a program until you can get into the residency. This way you can still practice medicine, get paid and enjoy a decent schedule.
