Lots of my medicine residents used the old version (blue one). I really don't think it matters that much. The newer one (red) is more visually appealing in its layout but I don't think there's much difference in the content. I've compared a few sections between the two and there wasn't an appreciable difference.
Ditto...Not too much difference but the pure black & white of the old one is a bore !!!
