Olser Institute board review course...has anyone used this thing?

I'm thinking of buying the Osler Institute board review course for anesthesiology (https://www.osler.org/store/index.php?sel_spec=1). It consists of lectures on CD as well as notes and practice questions. I was just wondering if anyone has used this for their board preparation, and if so, did you think it was helpful? Is it lacking in some areas/strong in others? Any information would be appreciated as this bad boy is pretty expensive. Thanks!
