OME Notes do they change year-over-year?

[Darloc]

As the title says, do the notes change in OME from year to year? Has anyone noticed updates to the notes from previous years?

I had OME last year and was wondering if it was worth it to purchase it again -- not only for the notes, but this would add to my decision.

Thanks!
