Hi
I would like to know how is the externship at the veterans hospital at penn
If someone have been there any advice or book to read before?
Do we have to take our own scrubs....

You have to bring your own scrubs. You do a whole lot of extractions. The residents were very nice when I was there... they're glad that you are doing their work. You'll see a lot of medically complex patients so review your pharm and oral med. I liked that externship b/c you are actually working instead of watching.
