Incoming PGY-3 from med school. Wanted to see what books you guys would recommend reading on implants. I've read a little bit of Misch before, but curious to see what other books would be beneficial

Guided bone regeneration by Buser. This is a great textbook.

There are a number of good chapters in misch that are beneficial for beginners.

Bone grafting in oral implantology by Federico Hernandez Alvaro.

What separates you as an oral surgeon is your ability to bone graft and perform ridge augmentations. Stuff that no one else wants to do or is capable of doing (like ramus grafts).

Honestly just doing a lot of cases is the best way to go.
