Each program is specific. Easiest way is to reach out to programs you would like to intern at.

Programs will not sponsor for 1 year OMFS internship.

You might have to reach out to all the programs. There are some programs that accept Canadian citizens especially in the Northeast. I saw international students getting accepted to a program. Just do your research
