OMG about LECOM-B!
Started by Brandie28
Is that a new rule? I know two people who got in, but didn't have BS or BA by the time of enrollment. That's really weird.
I just looked on their website too, but when you click on "Degree Entrance Requirements" it takes you to the DO requirements which does say you have to have a baccalaureate degree by time of enrollment. You then have to click the link on the right that says "School of Pharmacy Requirements" and I don't see that requirement on that page.

1. You submit PharmCAS online which gets automatically sent to all the schools you chose to apply to that participate with PharmCAS (theres a list on the PharmCAS website). Then for each school you have to look up, on PharmCAS or the schools website, if they require a supplemental application. If they do it will have directions on how to fill it out and turn it in (some of them you submit online and others you mail to school). PharmCAS does not take care of your supplemental applications.
2. You must submit your transcripts from all colleges/universities you have attended to PharmCAS directly...not to the individual schools. You also have to submit transcripts of your PCAT scores to PharmCAS (just log in at the pcat website and you can order them from there). Also if you have taken the TOEFL test then you must submit that too (not to familiar with that since I haven't taken it but I am sure it tells you on the PharmCAS website)
3. PharmCAS submits everything EXCEPT the schools' supplemental application.
I hoped I answered everything clearly...if you need anything else let me know! I think I got everything you asked...if not I am sure other people will respond 🙂
Good Luck!!!

hey ....... How about ur PCAT score ? and in which universities have u applied ?
I am currently a student at Lycoming College and a sophomore. By the end of this year I will have most pre-requisites done for pharmacy school except an english and physics. I really want to apply to Lecom as soon as possible, if I take the PCATs in January, can I apply then, even though pre-requisites aren't all done. And do I even have chance do you think of getting in.......My cum. GPA is 3.2 and m/s is 2.9, which will both drastically increse after fall semester grades are included. And when should I being starting the apllication process???
Thanks,
