OMG! computer CRASH week before test

🙁🙁🙁😡😡😡😡WTF my comp crashed and i just spent the day at best buy trying to get my documents back. I have a week until my test and am so pissed and sad that I lost all my stuff all my notes that i typed from tests and everything ahhhh plus i just bought achiever last week and didn't even do a single test yet! AH! I realllyyyy hope they will let me get it on my home comp. cuz i can't believe thsi happend a week before...one week that's all it needed to hold on for, ugh this blows

anyone else have to try to get topscore and achiever back and have some sugggestions?

hey don't worry too much. The achiever guy is real nice, just tell him what happened and probably can give you a new code. He did it for me although I had to give him my old password so he could deactivate the program on the computer that crashed, then he gave me a new code for my brother's computer. Good luck. Also try to get a hold of your previous payment information so he can look you up and match you with the date, email, and method of payment for verification purposes. Good luck trying to talk to topscore people, all you get is an answering machine.

Yeah, forget about topscore, they wont even answer your emails. Achiever you can get back.
