Anyone do OMM in their practice? How about US guided joint injections?

Trying to see what would be beneficial for patients and flow of practice. Also looking at reimbursement and wanted to get thoughts.

I am a DO and kept up my OMM skills even though I did Anesthesia residency. I went to an AOA fellowship. I hardly ever use OMM in my clinical practice because the reimbursement/time ratio isn't there. I will often refer out to my OMM colleagues in town however.

Ultrasound guided injections all the time.

Both are good for patients. I have been combining omt with injections and the results are synergistic
There may be issues with reimbursement with omt and/or injections-office visits seem to get routinely denied but usually are reimbursed with appeals
