We're having a live lecturer for OMT from Kaplan, but I don't know of any other audio or video, sorry.

i dont know how much it is but i think its quite an amount. check to see if your school has a subscription. you can always purchase some videos by Dr Greenmen himself on OMT.

they are really expensive and honestly i dont think they are done very well but to each their own.
