OmniOptic : Oralscoptic's new loupes

This forum made possible through the generous support of SDN members, donors, and sponsors. Thank you.
They might market the frames higher and then each magnification you buy is another investment...
I'm also sure that most people don't want to deal with moving parts, but prefer to get a solid piece with less room for issues...

How much do they cost?

I think $1800 with 2.5/4.5.

But really, I don't even use 2.5 anymore lol. If I could do it over, I'd just get 5.5x. But I do have that option to upgrade now.

My personal opinion about loupes, regardless of the manufacturer, after having used them for 15 years or so and thousands of patients and times putting them on/taking them off, putting them away, leaving them on my desk at lunch, occasionally having them get banged around when they fall off my desk, or a patient hugs me out of gratitude as they're hanging around my neck, etc, etc etc.....

The less moving parts, the better!!
