Just started dental school so far, so good. What is the best way to position yourself for entry into oms residency or any post grad program for that matter when boards are pass/fail, and my school doesn't have class rank? My school does have my desired program, but I'm not sure if, in a perfect world, I would want to stay in the state. Obviously grades are important, but what else?
