On hold @ Marquette!

My brother, a DS4 @ Marquette said that the class was pretty much filled up already.-- I dont know how true this is, BUT....

I just got a letter from them telling me that they're gonna hold my application, and keep it active.

What the heck does this mean? Is this like admissions purgatory?
I didn't get wait-listed, I didn't get denied, I certainly didn't get accepted....

They are, I just got accepted and the impression I got was I snagged one of the last few spots. I am sure the class will not be completely sured up, and people will move off the waitlist, but I don't think they will be doing many more interviews.
