I've found scutwork to be somewhat useful -- the reviews when there are interesting, but there aren't reviews from lots of programs, and lots of the reviews that are there are old. I know they didn't update their info for like a year, but it looks like they are accepting new information now. If residents and medical students could post reviews of your programs there, that would be really great.
