On USMLE, if an answer says CT scan, does that also include CTA?

Like would they ever put both CT scan and angiography as answer when the correct answer is CTA. Like the best test for mesenteric ischemia is a CTA, but angiography is pretty close behind and they're like the same thing it seems...

CTA needs preparation focuses on arteries takes more time to do
CT scan doesn't need anything, less time compare to CTA
so they are different
