Let's be honest here haha. Some people are competing with this person for a job. I'm not saying the person isn't qualified, but they definitely need to show dignity to the profession. Pursuing a job in America? Learn to speak English.

I know what you intend and it is valiant that you speak up rather than stay silent. I say ouch because I can't pick up a language to save myself. Also, I find it impressive that one can get educated in a language they are not fluent in. That they can even make it to the table. I have to transplant my heart off my sleeve. It's a weakness.

I didn't really see anything wrong with OP's English, seems like they just like to abbreviate or use internet-speak. See w4t 1 m3an d00d?
