I decide that I want to add on more schools? Is it too late once I submitted the AMCAS, or can I call them to add on more schools?

Yes you can, I'm pretty sure (I read this but haven't done it personally), but you may not withdraw one you said you wanted to apply to (with the expectation of getting your $30 back).

I have already submitted and it was verified by AMCAS. Today I added three more schools and went through the certify and submit procedure again. It went through just fine and only charged me 90$ more (3 schools at $30 a piece). It will show your balance $0 when you start and then will add $30 for each school you add to your list. No problems.
    ;) :D
