I just wanted to know what the exact training is for these two subspecialties. Somebody already posted a thread about the difference between the fellowships. Is training simply an internal med residency? Any other info about training for the two fellowships is welcomed.

1) Heme-Onc is 3 + 3 = 6 years

2) Onc is 3 + 2 = 5 years

3) Of all available positions, 80% is Heme-Onc
