One egg monozygotic twin vs. Two egg monozygotic twin

Is this even possible? I mean forming two eggs meaning two separate genders (male and female) from one zygote. Would there be 2 sperm attaching on the same egg and then both of them fertilizing the same egg?!? Can anyone explain this concept?

Hell no, you can't form 2 different genders from 1 zygote.
Monozygotic means they are identical and they share the DNA; so pretty much 1 egg was fertilized with 1 sperm = later on during cycle they split producing identical twins or maternal twins.. SO no WAY they can be of different gender..

Now, if you have dizygotic twin - this means that female has 2 eggs (happens sometimes when they are older or more common in african heritage) Both eggs are fertilized by different sperms; resulting either in same or different gender. Those zygotes are then implanted in the uterus side by side or whatever; but finally you do get two twins that are NOT IDENTICAL since they both have different DNA or different sperm that attacked them..

One sperm per egg party.

Once a sperm penetrates the egg, there is a chain reaction in which the egg creates a calcium wall, locking the sperm in and throwing out the keys, while keeping the other sperms out. Kinda like marriage, except there's no divorce.

Actually the two egg monozygotic twins can occur in nature but it is very very rare.

Semi Identical Twins
The 'semi-identical' twins are the result of two sperm cells fusing with a single egg, before becoming two embryos. An embryo created this way doesn't usually survive, but a few cases are known. Most of the time it goes totally unnoticed, and only shows up either if the two eggs have different genetic genders and the baby ends up with a mix of male and female gonads, or if it happens to be picked up on a genetic test that's done for other reasons (ex. paternity tests).
