Is there one good source sufficient for the DAT? Such as cliff's ? Will it cover everything you need to know for the DAT? Or do I need to pair up with something else. Thanks !

The plants part of cliffs is really comprehensive. Definitely more than what you need. I read it once and tried to keep the most important parts in my mind. taxonomy part of it is perfect!
for plants, search for Khan academy videos, (photosynthesis, CAM and C4 plants..etc) they are important and Khan did a good job on them.

I believe I got that part down. So for the plants, I shouldn't study it in too detailed from cliff's? I got down the photosynthesis, CAM, And C4.

I am talking more about like the hormones they release and xylem and phloem mechanisms. All the tiny structures too.

you'll be fine. Make sure you know about angiosperm anatomy and plant life cycles (Alternation of generations). and also which state (Haploid/ Diploid) is dominant in what kind of plant. I am not sure how much DAT focuses on plant related details, but I studied those topics for my test.
