Haha. Tell me about it. First thing I do in the morning is check AADSAS and email. Around 3:00 pm I check the mail, and at 5 I check AADSAS again. It is getting old really fast.
I think if you interviewed basically anytime up to and including mid-November, you will get an admissions decision on Dec 1. It might vary from school to school, but that's how I understand it.
It's the "first batch" mentality all over again... Interviewing pre-Dec puts you in the first batch of acceptances so you're looking at a wide open class instead of being at the mercy of others leaving you open seats.
I'll join this club...but I have two interviews....one for Baylor (9/1) and one for Nova (10/23)
I have a 3.67, 21 AA/21 TS/20 PAT. I received both interviews in July, and I was thinking "oh this is going to be a good application cycle for me...two early interviews already" but lately it's been blank....and just playing the waiting game everyday now for the other schools.
I applied to Houston, San Antonio, Dallas, LSU, Western, and Nova.
I have a 3.67, 21 AA/21 TS/20 PAT. I received both interviews in July, and I was thinking "oh this is going to be a good application cycle for me...two early interviews already" but lately it's been blank....and just playing the waiting game everyday now for the other schools.

thanks for the explanation gigawatt. I only have 1 pre-december and it's coming up real soon...it would be amazing if I could go there! oh goodness I'm even more nervous now...only a few more weeks until Dec 1 everyone!
you must've had a really early mailing date to have heard back from schools in July! I didn't submit my applications until July 23rd with everything mailed August 27th! good for you! I'm hoping to hear back from Western soon...I got their complete e-mail 9/23.

I went to a really good university....part of the predental society...LOE with 5 letters of rec tuns of extra curriculars.....well iowa said theres nothing wrong with me just that they get sooooo many out of staters that apply
You aren't the only one, Kevin.
I knew from the beginning that I wouldn't have many (or any) early interviews, but even so it's still disappointing. 🙁

Yes, I agree. The one interview I got is the only thing keeping my morale up right now.

Yeah I have 1 interview so far at Western this Saturday (I didn't know they did it on weekends, and that is is my birthday haha)

I received that email on 8/31 (my second DAT score was sent on 8/20, and was received by western on 8/24)
i agree with you...i am praying to God that I do well on this upcoming interview. I would LOVEEEE to go there...

Nope. Penn-Dec 3, Case-Jan 27. The letter was sent Oct. 14 and it looked exactly like Case's.

I sooooo envy you!! I've had 3 interviews and 1 upcoming.. haven't received any acceptances yet 🙁 I remember posting on this thread when I first got my interview in October..
