It's been a month since I launched this premedical resource website, and it has been a great initial success thanks to your continuing contributions.
The site statistics for the first month:
"This site indexes 197 profiles, with an average overall GPA of 3.62 and an average MCAT score of 31.7. These applicants applied to an average of 12.8 schools, were invited to an average of 5.4 interviews, and received an average of 1.9 acceptances. Since the launch of this site on January 9th, 2003, there have been 6,642 visitors and 26,477 searches performed."
My target is still to have 500 profiles by the end of May, in order to provide sufficent sample size of varying medical school applicants for the next wave of applicants. Thanks to everyone who has contributed, and I hope those who have not yet visited the site will take a moment to visit the site and consider contributing.
