mutan is related to strep mutan I think ,
correct ans is 2 ,
correct me if I am wrong

I think the answer is sucrose-mutan.Sucrose ia a disaccharide consisting of glucose and fructose.Dextran is a polymer of glucose.Glycogen is a polymer of glucose.Levan is a polymer of fructose which again comes from sucrose.By elimination I feel the answer is sucrose -mutan.
Please feel free to correct me if I am wrong.

so that's what i am confused about, I would pick sucrose-mutans too , but can sucrose-levan be the right ans too, coz levan definately directly relates to fructose.
