My plan is to obtain around 3.1 by taking summer courses this year.(Since
My GPA is low now T.T)

At the end of July, I will apply for BU, Buffalo, Rutgers, Illinois, Columbia,
and Michigan with the Toefl Score 277.

As a reminder, this is about transfering to undergraduate admission!

I am working my butt off, to raise GPA as much as I could, however, cumulative GPA of 3.1 is the best I could obtain applying for 2006 spring.

Is it worth a shot? since it's transfering to undergraduate admission,
I figured it wouldn't be that much challenging. . .

I would also like to be informed about schools in central and west, plz!

Thank you for SDN again!

most of us probably don't know much about undergraduate admissions requirements for schools since this is a dental board. I do know that normally you have to have really sweet grades like 3.7+ to get into UM-Ann Arbor undergrad, but i am not sure if they have different provisions for foreign students or anything like that.
check out the websites of the schools you're interested in and they usually list an average incoming GPA. Your best shots would probably be at schools where that average approximates what you have.
