Didn't consider to apply until half year ago... I'd really appreciate it if you could give me some suggestions on schools and what could make my profile solid.

Major: Molecular biology/chemistry (junior), graduating one semester early
cGPA: 3.95 (1B+ 1A- and all A's)
sGPA: 4.0
MCAT: 36 (14PS/10VR/12BS)

Research:
10 months of research in biochemistry lab focusing on multi-drug resistant cancer cell lines, no publications

Employment:
Summer employment at a research lab, extracted over 1000 DNA samples from plants
(Going to apply for a job as ER tech next summer)

Clinical volunteering:
150 hours of volunteering at Oncology department and ER at local hospital

Student organization activities:
Worked at sports games and other events as first responder for 120 hours with student-run EMS
Member of a honor society (didn't do much, so not going on the application)

LORs:
1 from summer employment
1 from humanities teacher
1 from PI at research lab
2 in progress from higher level chemistry professors

Other things I don't know where to put:
Joined a fitness group for first two years of college and lost ~80 lbs... shows some dedication, right...?
EMT-B certified
Bilingual, grew up in east Asia, then lived in US alone for 4 years, permanent resident but not citizen (would that make the application less competitive?)

I am planning on doing some community volunteering and hopefully do some shadowing (local hospitals have shadowing program but they never respond to any inquiries, been trying for a year)
I think my ECs are weak so I would love some suggestions on what to do...

School list for now:
(Baylor)
Boston Univ
Columbia
Duke
Georgetown
George Washington
Harvard
Hopkins
(USC)
Mayo
NYU
Northwestern
UPenn
Stanford
UCLA
UCSD
UCSF
U Chicago
UMich
U Pittsburg
Rochester
U Washington
I have MSAR but it doesn't really give me a reality check of where I can actually have a chance.. Stats aren't everything.. and my profile is not really strong enough for my list in my opinion..

Thanks guys!

Numbers are great and nothing wrong with aiming high. Use MSAR to remove schools least likely to favor OOS (UCs might take you because they want more OOS tuition $).

Definitely get some more non-clinical volunteering work done. Check out your local houses of worship to find volunteer opportunities.

Having a green card is fine.

Suggest mixing in a few medium tier schools.
