I just started school as an M1 and I noticed onenote was a popular program so I thought I'd give it a try. Its been really useful for consolidating all of my lecture powerpoints, but I'm really disappointed in the search function. Searching a word or phrase will only bring you to the first instance of that term on the "page" you choose. Unless I'm wrong, it seems you can't hit enter to jump to the next instance of the search term like a typical
ctrl+F search. Instead, you're forced to scroll through the entire powerpoint or pdf and try to catch sight of the highlighted term (it doesn't help its highlighted in a very pale yellow that is easy to miss). It baffles me that a program designed to organize files and notes wouldn't have this function. Any experienced students have solutions or alternatives? This is onenote for mac by the way.

I have an older version of OneNote and you can hit enter to keep searching the document. It should also have two arrows by the search bar to manually click if needed as well.
