Online application or via mail?

Just wondering if colleges prefer one over the other. Thanx.

I think if a school offers both, they probably don't have a preference one way or the other. I myself prefer online just because the information is transmitted instantly rather than relying on the USPS to get it there several days later. Not to mention, online apps are generally free - no postage!

If they offer the online application, they probably would prefer the online app.. simply because it lessens the amt of actual paperwork.

AND you wouldn't have to wait a few days.
