anyone taken UNE prereq online course? if you did please share experience and please provide me with schools that accept this online course. Most of school accepts it from what i heard but i need concrete list. thank you

There's a difference between taking a course that your school offers online and going to an online school to satisfy a prereq. The former doesn't appear on your transcript as an online course - it's just the course name as if you took it in the physical building.

I am pretty sure UNE online course won't show up on transcript as online, however it is not hard to figure it out if you are not from Maine.... From what I learned from this cycle, you need to call each school to confirm if they accept the credits. It might be easier to negotiate after being accepted and it is all up to your own background. If you never took those courses before, I strongly recommend you not to do so because you are restricting the numbers of schools to apply to. Good luck!

When you fill out AADSAS it asks if it's "online/distance" or the traditional classroom. No matter what the transcript says, you mark it as online if that's what it is.

I took 3 prereqs via UNE online, marked it as online on AADSAS, and had 12 interview requests (I applied to too many schools). Most schools don't care. Call their admissions offices to know for sure.

Btw, those UNE classes are no joke, so be ready to study and self-teach.
